The fourth ENIS Training Trajectory supports researchers, PhD-students and practitioners in bridging the gap between academic research and practical application in International Student Mobility (ISM). The main focus will be on translating scientific results into actionable recommendations, strategies, and policies. Participants will gain insights into (1) how to assess scientific quality of published work, (2) how to identify research-practice gaps, and (3) how to design effective implementation strategies. During the training trajectory, participants will be working and focusing on their own topics of interest in ISM.
